What is Kaizen philosophy

Kaizen is a Japanese word that means “continual improvement.” It’s a philosophy that says you can never get everything right the first time, and there’s always room for improvement. It’s a philosophy of continuous improvement in your systems and proceeses.

A system is a collection of interrelated components. Processes are the process steps that make up a system. The difference between the two is that systems are static, whereas processes are dynamic.

Consistently making improvements in your business systems is the key to long-term success. If you’re not improving your company or brand, you won’t be able to sustain growth.
